This is a great set if you want to use Ganyu against Bosses. With Ganyu’s 88.4% Crit Damage that comes from her Ascension, it’s already an optimized Crit ratio. With Ganyu’s Passive Talent, you automatically have 40% Crit Rate. It then adds another 20% if the enemy is Frozen. The two-piece bonus is a 15% Cryo Damage increase, and the four-piece increases Crit Rate against enemies affected by Cryo by 20%. The four-piece bonus increases Charged Attack Damage by 35% if the wearer uses a Bow or Catalyst. Two pieces of this give 80 Elemental Mastery, great for reverse-Melt comps. Wanderer’s TroupeĪ late game free-to-play option, Wanderer’s Troupe pieces are rewarded when you defeat Bosses. Ganyu also gains Crit Damage as her Ascension stat. Ganyu’s first Ascension Passive Talent buffs the Crit Rate of each Frostflake Arrow you fire after the first, and with some Artifacts you’ll have no problem hitting Crits even on enemies without weak points. Look for Attack%, Crit Damage and Crit Rate in the sub-stats.Ĭrit Damage is better on Ganyu than Crit Rate, as shots on weak points count as Crits. Her main and sub-stats will be more important to focus on, so you may wish to pick the set you have better Artifacts for already.Īs for stats, you’ll want Attack% on the Sands, Cryo Damage on the Goblet and Crit Damage on the Circlet. Which one you choose will depend mainly on how you want to play her. There are several different sets that work for Ganyu. Teams: Best characters for Ganyu Team Comps Ganyu Artifacts They both have low base stats, but are easy to Refine. Messenger deals an additional 100% Attack damage when you hit a weak point, and Sharpshooter’s Oath increases damage against weak points by 24%. The three-star Messenger and Sharpshooter’s Oath both provide Crit Damage and have abilities that trigger when you hit a weak point. The passive ability at Refinement 1 gives 12% Attack after an enemy is defeated for 30 seconds, up to three times. The Item Shop’s Blackcliff Warbow features high base Attack and Crit Damage as its sub-stat. Hamayumi disincentivizes using Ganyu’s Burst. When your Energy is full, this bonus doubles. Hamayumi gives a 16% Normal Damage increase and a 12% Charged Attack Damage increase at Refinement 1, going up to 32% and 21% respectively at max Refinement. The Movement Speed buff even lets you strafe enemies and dodge their attacks. It’s useless on some enemies and Bosses, but when it works it’s her strongest four-star option. This Attack buff is doubled at Refinement 5. If you hit a headshot you get a 10% Movement Speed increase and a 36% Attack increase. Prototype Crescent’s passive ability triggers when you score a shot on a weak point. They have identical base Attack and the same Attack% sub-stat. Both are easy to Refine and get stronger the more you do. Thankfully, there are two great craftable four-star options in Prototype Crescent and Hamayumi. Thundering Pulse, Skyward Harp and Polar Star are also great choices, with abilities that buff Attack damage and Crit stats. It’s the best choice for the “sniper” build that Ganyu excels with. It’s passive effect increases Normal and Charged Attacks by 12%, and increases them by another 8% every 0.1 seconds the arrow flies. Her best weapon is the five-star Amos’ Bow, with both the high base Attack you expect from a five-star Bow and Attack% as a sub-stat. Just about any five-star Bow will be good on her, except Elegy for the End. Ganyu’s damage scaling is enormous, so you’ll want to look out for weapons with high base Attack and Attack% as its sub-stat.
